1 done, 1 in need of the gnomes and the other just started

ok, so today i've got three projects to talk about. i'll start with the one that is finished. it's my niece's hat/scarf.

finished toasty topper

specs:

pattern: toasty topper
yarn: tlc amore in celery
needles: size 7 & 8
mods: absolutely none.

this was a super quick knit. i just started it yesterday. i love kids. they're so easy and quick to knit for!

so here's my sister's flo.

audrey's almost finished flo

now as you can see i still have to finish one more ruffle and i need to add the bottons. now here is where my laziness kicks in. all i have is just this little bitty bit to finish and yet i know it will take me a bit longer than it really should. i just get so lazy. i love knitting, and that's it! just the knitting part. when it comes to putting stuff together that's when i melt down. this flo is in need of some knitting gnomes.

oh, and i also bought the buttons today
buttons for audrey's flo

and this is what i just started today. it's calm from kim hargreaves' heartfelt - the darkhouse collection. i started knitting tonight and as i was going i was looking at the fabric so far and i just did not like it. it didn't look nothing like the pic.

calm

but then DUH! i realized that it will look different once stretched out on myself.

I think that sweater is so cool looking! The ruffle detail is so neat.
